What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is simply help given by me to you in order for you to hear God’s voice in everyday life experiences, respond to that voice, grow, and live more fully in Presence.
The primary focus of spiritual direction is for you to develop a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God.
What to Expect
- We meet either in person or via video or phone.
- Sessions generally last an hour and take place about once per month.
- Fees are variable for the sessions as Spiritual Direction is a ministry.
- Every meeting is confidential, and I’ll guide the dialogue through attentive listening and thoughtful questions, with plenty of space for contemplation.
